7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All paid plans (Pro and Max) purchased directly through 3BOX AI include a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of initial purchase.

If you are not satisfied with the platform for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your first payment.

This guarantee applies to the initial subscription purchase only. Renewals (monthly or annual) are not covered under this guarantee.

When a Refund Is NOT Available

Your refund request will be denied if any of the following conditions apply:

More than 30 AI job applications have been submitted via agents (Scout or Archer) during the subscription period.
More than 50% of your weekly application limit has been used.
More than 7 calendar days have passed since the initial purchase date.
The account has been used extensively beyond the initial trial period.
Your account was terminated or suspended for violating our Terms of Service.
The subscription is a renewal (monthly or annual). The guarantee covers initial purchase only.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, send an email to support@oforo.ai with the following information:

  1. 1Your registered account email address.
  2. 2Your order or subscription ID (found in Settings > Billing).
  3. 3A brief reason for the refund request (optional, helps us improve).

Refund requests are reviewed within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and returned to your original payment method.

Annual Plan Refunds

Annual (yearly) subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 7 calendar days of the initial purchase, provided the eligibility conditions above are met.

No partial or prorated refunds are available after the 7-day window for annual plans.

If you wish to cancel an annual plan after the refund window, you may do so from Settings. Your access continues until the end of the billing period.

Application Limits

Application limits reset weekly for Free plans and daily for Pro/Max plans.

Unused applications do not roll over between periods.

All plans include unlimited AI operations (resume building, interview prep, career coaching).

Refund Method

All approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used during purchase.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.
